Room with a view, sort of
The staff was friendly, always ready with recommendations for local eateries. I especially loved the cozy breakfast area with vibrant decor that brightened my mornings.
Despite the warm atmosphere, the shower knob was stuck, made my morning routines a bit frustrating. There were unexpected noise disturbances from remodeling work nearby.

Brand-new room and comfy, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. Clean private bathroom. All in all great setting adjacent to the nightlife and the church and Pharr instead of McAllen. Also, to local wildlife.

This was far from the luxury experience i envisioned. The air conditioning controls were broken and fridge didn't work, leading to certain discomfort. Certainly expected a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences, but of course, that was not in the cards for me. Last time i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Friendly staff with local knowledge helped us .
The air conditioning was intentionally off in common areas during the hottest times. The bathtub had a stuck knob, impossible to switch between bath and shower.

The hotel met the purpose, it was a such great stay during Christmas Holidays. Its location was great and comfy, close to the international airport.

Couple's Comfortable Experience
Nice clean room and the staff was really friendly. They even gave us extra towels for the pool which was pretty cool.
It wasn't inexpensive but for a night it was okay.
